How you can help us

We have 2 charity shops in Telford, one in Oakengates and the other in Dawley. We are always grateful for any donations that we can sell in the shops. Please no knives or electricals.

We are always in need of volunteers to come and walk the dogs. You can come any day between 12.00-15.30 (except Xmas day and Boxing day). You don't need to call in advance, just turn up on the day. 

You must be 16 years or over to walk our dogs. Anyone under this age must have an adult with them.

Please note that we do not allow the dogs out in the pouring rain. You can however still spend time with them.

Could you save us your used British and foreign stamps? We can sell them to help raise money for the dogs. You don't need to trim them, just tear of the corner of the envelope. You can either drop them off at the kennels, post them to us, or drop them off in one of our charity shops.

We need volunteers to help out with events over the summer. You just need to be reliable and able to talk to people and obviously love dogs. You can also enter our dogs into any of the dog shows. They really love getting out and away from the kennels and helps prospective owners see what they are missing.

If you are unable to help us now, you could always help us in the future by leaving us a legacy in your will.

We are always very grateful for any money donations we receive. We have a large number of dogs in the kennels that at times require vet care or behaviour training to help them find homes.

We have over 50 dogs here at the kennels so we are very grateful for food donations. We can also make use of any old bedding that is no longer needed. Things like duvets, sheets and towels. Please no pillows, as the dogs tend to rip the stuffing out of them.
